1. SEND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
Fill in and send the Return Proforma Invoice and place it inside your package.
2. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL
You can find it in the original package. Not there? Check the "New Return Label" section
3. CALL THE COURIER
Contact the courier indicated on the return label in the ways noted in the "How to book a pickup?" section.
4. SHIPPING
Wait for courier pickup or bring your package to the collection center
